BACKSTORY:
In 2029 the Born have escaped, but there's still one more containment facility that is not lax on security, and is one of the most cruel and well done places so far. Some of the people on the server will be Born people, but they are ment to be scared of the scientests and guards, Staff and some players will be playing as Guards, but they are not ment to abuse or randomly shoot, I will be playing as the Warden, AKA General Overseer of the place, and ultimately I could make changes ICly, but aside from that.. Minessota Valley was mostly unscathed by the war and is currently abandoned, bandits and survivors roam free at will, and the USMC have stationed themselves as guards in Born Facility 12, as the 11 other ones have failed. The major factions playing here are the Bandits, Mercenary Formation, Union of People, and Saint Mary's Christain Society. Born and USMC are prominent here too, any questions or complaints, speak to me. There are many a city refugee, and several hundred of surface and bunker dwellers, people roam at random, but anyone in the valley is lucky to be there, since it is the most stable, less prone to drougts and earthquakes, and is the most quiet, and forested.
FACTION DESCRIPTIONS:
USMC:
These people are to stay at the Born facility ALWAYS, but if the overseer (me), tells them to go on a mission out into the valley they must oblige to the will of the character. Anyone not apart of the staff of the facility or Born subjects themselves must be imprisoned, and sent to the Overseer to speak with him.
BANDITS:
Ultimately they are not as hostile as the USMC, and would rather not kill people when attacking them, injure them rather and take valuables.
SAINT MARY'S CHRISTAIN SOCIETY:
The Saints are basically mercenaries, bandits, and USMC reformed and made into religious christains. The Saint's have no designated leaders, and only pray, fight if only absolutely nescessary, love peace, and keep their villa in tip-top shape, if possible.
MERCENARY FORMATION:
Mercenaries are basically gun-men for hire, ANYONE can be a Mercenary, and it's easy to be one, you just need a gun, a nack for killing, and iron guts.
THE BORN SUBJECTS:
The Born are basically prisoners, but don't know it, they have tablet-like chips installed on their right arms that can be overloaded, and basically kill them if they escaped, but if they do manage to escape, they could try to break it, or get it out, which would be hard to do, but worth it, getting out is a achievement in it's own right, though.
NIZVY NOVGOROD:
Nizvy Novgorod is a iberian-hispanic-frenchie mix of a country that is trying to help the TUOP in the valley, and get rid of any USMC/banditry inside the area. Seventeen boats were sunk, three escaped, five platoons gone, and one is split up.
